What is Alunthor?
Alunthor is an Irish fashion brand built around quietly considered pieces designed to slip easily into your wardrobe. Each item is chosen with care, so getting dressed always feels effortless.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way home.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, every Alunthor order ships free. No minimum spend and no surprise conditions. We simply believe getting your parcel should feel easy.

What is your return policy?
If you change your mind, no problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Just send a note to support@alunthor.com and we'll walk you through the process.

Do you ship internationally?
For now, our deliveries stay within Ireland. We're focused on offering the best possible experience locally first. If we ever expand further, our community will be the first to hear.

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are very welcome. Let us know what you'd like to swap by writing to support@alunthor.com and we'll help you find the right piece.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been accepted, your refund is usually issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a little longer before it appears on your statement.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa. Every transaction is securely processed with SSL encryption to keep your details fully protected.

Is my personal and payment information safe?
Yes, completely. Protecting your privacy and payment details is one of our highest priorities. Alunthor never stores sensitive information, and our checkout is fully secure.

Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may still be able to make changes or cancel it. Get in touch as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
First, take a look at the tracking link in your shipping email. If more than 7 business days have passed and your parcel still hasn't appeared, write to us at support@alunthor.com and we'll look into it straight away.
